Example: The company counts individuals as inactive only when they have not generated or produced PV of any amount in the current commission period. Within the current commission period, the company has four income centers present: A, B, C and D. A is at the top of the organization. B is placed directly below A. C is placed directly below B. D is placed directly below C. Focusing on the A position, A is Active and fully qualified to earn commissions. B is inactive. Both C and D are Active. When compression is enacted, B will be temporarily removed from the downline. C will roll up to take B’s position and D will roll up to take C’s position. A will then be paid frontline commissions on C and second level commissions on D. After commission calculations are complete, B will again assume its position and the downline will return to its pre-commission format.

Direct Selling: The sale of a product or service, person- to-person, independent from a fixed retail location. NuVi Global is considered a Direct Selling company that markets its products through Independent Representatives who sell primarily in a person-to-person or home group setting.

Representative Ranks: Ranks are being used for this compensation plan, unless otherwise specified by the Company from time to time. They are listed in order of how they may be achieved from the entry Rank to the highest Paid-As Rank.

Downline: Individuals sponsored by a Representative, who in turn sponsor other Representative’s make up a downline. NuVi Global compensates the upline with commissions and bonuses for sales made by the downline, dependent on the upline’s personal level of achievement of the compensation plan qualifications and requirements.
Preferred Customer Referral Program: Refer three preferred customers in the same calendar month and receive a free StemForte® bottle. The free StemForte® bottle is sent to the active sponsor thirty days following the Preferred Customers paid and delivered autoship order.

Weekly Fast Start Bonus: All Active Representatives with 75PV qualify for the Weekly Fast Start Bonus.

Fast Start Packages: NuVi Global offers Fast Start Bonus Packages to choose from when enrolling as a new Representative. You can upgrade to a larger package at anytime, but you cannot purchase a smaller package.

Generation: When a Diamond or higher rank breaks a new Diamond (does not necessarily need to be a personally enrolled Diamond), the new Diamond is considered the “First Generation” of the original Diamond. When the second Diamond (or higher rank) breaks a new Diamond, they are on the first Diamond “Second Generation,” and so forth. Stated another way, the first Diamond or higher rank, underneath an existing Diamond or higher rank, is always considered a “First Generation” Diamond.

Generational Bonus:

Beginning with the rank of Diamond, a bonus of 2% on the CV of the entire downline of a First and Second Generation Diamond (or higher rank) team volume will be paid, but not including the CV of a Third Generation Diamond (or higher) rank of the Representative.

Beginning at the rank of Diamond Silver, in addition to the First and Second Generation bonus outlined immediately above, 1% of the CV of a Third Generation on Diamond Silver (or higher rank) Representative’s organizational will be paid, but not including the CV of a Fourth Generation rank Representative.

Beginning at the rank of Diamond Gold, in addition to the First and Second Generation bonus outlined immediately above, 2% of the CV of a Third Generation on a Diamond Gold (or higher rank) Representative’s organizational will be paid, but not including the CV of a Fourth Generation rank Representative.

Beginning at the rank of Diamond Platinum, in addition to the First, Second and Third Generation bonus outlined immediately above, 1.5% of the CV of a Fourth Generation Diamond Platinum (or higher rank) Representative’s organizational will be paid, but not including the CV of a Fifth Diamond Platinum Representative.

Leg: A leg begins with a first level Representative and includes all Representative below them regardless of depth or commission qualification status. There is no limitation as to how many legs a Representative may enroll.

Example: If a Representative has five first level Representatives
then has five legs. A Representative can never
have more legs than they have first level Representatives.

Level: Where one Representative falls in relation to another Representative.

A personally enrolled Representative is always regarded as on the “First Level” for purposes of the compensation plan. When a first level Representative enrolls another Representative, the new Representative is now on the “Second Level” and so forth.

Minimum Commission or Bonus Payments: Currently, commission or bonus payments are issued only for $20 or more. Commissions or bonuses totaling less than $20 will be added to the next commission and bonus run, and issued when accumulated commissions total more than $20.
