Cayenne Pepper:
The cayenne pepper, also known as the Guinea spice, is in the nightshade family (Solanaceae). Cayenne pepper is high in vitamin A and also contains vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin C, riboflavin, potassium, and manganese.
